Sessions are 90 minutes on the table and 15 minutes for intake/outtake with some variation in that ratio depending on the client's needs. I add an additional 15min/session to flip the room and ensure we're never rushed.

Treat yourself to a first appointment that is both therapeutic and luxurious. I have found that 90 minutes is usually the "sweet spot" to experiencing a holistic full body treatment with enough time to address old holding patterns, specific issues, and to slip into a deep state of relaxation and healing... and then hang out there for awhile-strengthening your nervous system's ability to feel safe, connected and regulated. Clients generally feel the benefits for days or weeks after their session, with some experiencing lasting relief from specific issues. We'll work together to address your goals and create a customized care plan as needed. The New Client Treatment includes extra time for intake and followup discussion to make sure we start our work together from a comprehensive first visit.
